  • Miss Rachel

I started my career here at the Goddard School in 2008 as a teacher, and then as director since 2015. I took over as the on-site owner in 2022 because I truly believe in not only the Goddard School name, but in the high quality education our specific teachers give to the students in our care. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development, so I know how truly important it is to set a positive foundation of learning in the early years of childhood. As a proud mother of three children, and learning through their happiness and early development, I hold a high standard for the quality of education that is being delivered to our children. I believe that they should have the opportunity to explore every inch of their environment with no limit as to what they are able to discover, achieve, and aspire to be.

  • Miss Aimee

I am proud to be part of the Goddard School Family! My career in early childhood education started in 2001, and includes over 10 years of working here at The Goddard School, and it continues to be my passion today. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my degree in Early Childhood Education Administration, and I obtained my National Director Credential through the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership. I love teaching and helping children develop a sense of independence, pride in their work and an appreciation for the wonderful world around them. I also enjoy empowering our teachers with effective teaching methods and approaches, multiplying the positive influence they can have on the next generation. I live in Boardman with my husband, two daughters, and son. All three of my children are Goddard graduates! I look forward to spending time with your children and helping them discover their world!

  • Miss Brooke

I have had the pleasure of working with children for several years and couldn't be happier to have found my way back to a career in early childhood education. Though I initially pursued a different path and worked as a nail technician after attending school for it, my heart has always been with working with kids. When I'm not at the school, I love spending time with my family, friends, and my Dalmatian, Zero. I also enjoy doing nails in my free time--it's a fun creative outfit for me. I love bringing warmth a joy into everything I do, and look forward to sharing that with all of the children in my classes.

  • Miss Daisjah

I graduated with my BA in business management but realized after graduation that working with children was my true calling. I started working in early childhood education in 2015 and haven't looked back. I have two beautiful children, Ariel and Abel, who also attend the Goddard School. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with your children and help them learn and grow.

  • Miss Emily

I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in General Studies from Ohio University, and intend on receiving my CDA next. My heart is in childcare and I look forward to learning and growing with your children! In my free time I am usually on the move with my son Henry, trying a new recipe, going on walks, or just running errands. He is my built in best friend. I am so happy to be part of the Goddard Family!

  • Miss Erin

I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 15 years. I graduated with my BA from The Ohio State University in 2006. While attending school I worked part time at their childcare facility and realized teaching was my passion! Once I graduated from OSU I was hired full time in their toddler room and I have been teaching little ones ever since! I am excited to join the Goddard School family and look forward to making lasting relationships with children, families, and teachers. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and son and being out in nature. Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies and hope to inspire a love of caring for the Earth and its environment into all little ones I teach.

  • Miss Jennifer

  • Miss Sandi

Hello families! I am pleased to have the opportunity to become part of the Goddard Family and work with your children. I grew up in the small town of Southern Pines, NC and spent my adult life in Burlington/Greensboro, NC. I moved to Ohio to be closer to loved ones and family. After high school, I chose to continue my education at Sandhills Community College and later at Stanley Community College and obtained an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I enjoy crafting, cooking, gaming, and spending time with my three children and loved ones. I first developed a love for teaching at a young age. It brought me joy pretending to be a teacher with my older brother. My passion for teaching continued to grown into adulthood where it currently rests in my heart. I heard someone say, "Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning." It is my goal to apply my love and expertise to help your children continue to thrive and reach their education goals.

My passion for working with children started many years ago when I worked as a teacher's aide in the Struthers City school district. Since then, I have also worked as a nanny, as well as the last 5 years in the infant classroom here at The Goddard School. I hold an Associate of Applied Science degree in social work, and will graduate from Youngstown State University with my bachelor's degree in behavioral psychology. I also have a passion for decorating and gardening. Every day, I look forward to creating a safe, happy, fun, educational environment for the infants in our care. I also hope to build a strong relationship withe the parents built on trust, open communication, and consistency.
